  • 207 Ml Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil, 207Ml
  • 250 Ml Trs Lemon Juice 250Ml
  • - Jalpur Red Chilli Powder Fine
  • 250G Special Ingredients Isomalt Powder, 250G
  • 400G Greenfield Himalayan Salt Fine 400G
  • 100G Heera Black Pepper Powder 100g
  • 150G Blue Earth Foods Coldwater Prawns
  • - Schwartz Sesame Seeds
  • - Kikkoman Soy Sauce
  • 640G Birds Eye Country Mixed Vegetables

Instructions

  1. 1. Wash and devein the prawns, then pat them dry with a paper towel.
  2. 2. Cook the basmati rice in boiling water according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  3. 3. Peel and julienne the carrots, cucumber, and chow chow vegetable into thin strips.
  4. 4. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic and chopped onion until fragrant.
  5. 5. Add the julienned vegetables to the pan and stir-fry for 5-6 minutes until slightly softened but still crisp.
  6. 6. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, lemon juice, gochugaru, and isomalt powder to create the glaze.
  7. 7. Heat a separate pan, add the prawns, and cook for 3-4 minutes until they turn pink and are cooked through.
