Instructions

  1. 1. Rinse the mackerel fillets under cold water and pat them dry with a paper towel.
  2. 2. Mix soy sauce, gochugaru, rice vinegar, minced garlic, and sesame oil in a bowl to create the marinade.
  3. 3. Coat the mackerel fillets evenly with the marinade and let them sit for 15 minutes.
