Ingredients

  • 6 pcs White Eggs
  • 1 bunch Spring Onion
  • 100 g Garlic
  • 500g Gochujang (Korean Chili Paste)
  • 90 g Dark Soy Sauce
  • 200 ml Sesame Oil
  • 50 g White Sesame Seeds
  • - Rice Flour
  • 1pc Watermelon

Instructions

  1. 1. Blanch the cabbage leaves in boiling water for 2 minutes, then remove and cool under running water.
  2. 2. In a bowl, whisk the eggs with finely chopped spring onions and minced garlic until well combined.
  3. 3. Mix the rice flour with water to create a smooth batter and add this to the egg mixture.
  4. 4. Heat a non-stick pan and lightly coat with sesame oil, then pour small portions of the egg mixture to make mini omelets.
  5. 5. Place each mini omelet inside a blanched cabbage leaf and carefully roll it into a wrap.
  6. 6. In a saucepan, mix gochujang, soy sauce, sesame oil, and a splash of water to create a glaze.
  7. 7. Brush the wraps with the spicy sesame glaze and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
  8. 8. Arrange the wraps on a plate and serve warm with optional dipping sauce on the side.
