Ingredients
- 6 pcs White Eggs
- 1 bunch Spring Onion
- 100 g Garlic
- 500g Gochujang (Korean Chili Paste)
- 90 g Dark Soy Sauce
- 200 ml Sesame Oil
- 50 g White Sesame Seeds
- - Rice Flour
- 1pc Watermelon
Instructions
- 1. Blanch the cabbage leaves in boiling water for 2 minutes, then remove and cool under running water.
- 2. In a bowl, whisk the eggs with finely chopped spring onions and minced garlic until well combined.
- 3. Mix the rice flour with water to create a smooth batter and add this to the egg mixture.
- 4. Heat a non-stick pan and lightly coat with sesame oil, then pour small portions of the egg mixture to make mini omelets.
- 5. Place each mini omelet inside a blanched cabbage leaf and carefully roll it into a wrap.
- 6. In a saucepan, mix gochujang, soy sauce, sesame oil, and a splash of water to create a glaze.
- 7. Brush the wraps with the spicy sesame glaze and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
- 8. Arrange the wraps on a plate and serve warm with optional dipping sauce on the side.
