  • 250 g Cucumber
  • 50 g White Sesame Seeds
  • - Rice Vinegar
  • 500 g Sugar
  • 90 g Dark Soy Sauce

  1. 1. Wash 2 medium-sized cucumbers thoroughly under running water and pat them dry with a clean kitchen towel.
  2. 2. Trim the ends of the cucumbers and slice them thinly into rounds or semi-circles, depending on your preference.
