- 250 g Cucumber
- 50 g White Sesame Seeds
- - Rice Vinegar
- 500 g Sugar
- 90 g Dark Soy Sauce

- 1. Wash 2 medium-sized cucumbers thoroughly under running water and pat them dry with a clean kitchen towel.
- 2. Trim the ends of the cucumbers and slice them thinly into rounds or semi-circles, depending on your preference.
- 3. In a small bowl, combine 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar, 1 teaspoon of sesame oil, and 1 teaspoon of sugar. Mix well until the sugar dissolves.
- 4. Add 1 minced garlic clove and 1 teaspoon of finely chopped red chili (or chili flakes) to the sauce mixture. Stir to combine.
