Ingredients

  • - Chicken Breakfast Sausages
  • 100 G Kolhapuri Masala
  • - Garlic Paste
  • 300 g Ginger Paste
  • - Red Chilli
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • 125 ml Flavoured Yogurt Drink - Mango
  • 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil
  • 100 g Salt

Instructions

  1. 1. Wash and pat dry chicken thighs thoroughly before marination.
  2. 2. In a bowl, mix Kolhapuri masala, garlic paste, ginger paste, chili powder, turmeric, yogurt, lemon juice, and salt.
  3. 3. Add the chicken thighs to the marinade and coat evenly. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
  4. 4. Heat oil in a large tawa over medium flame for 2-3 minutes.
  5. 5. Place the marinated chicken thighs on the tawa and cook for 5 minutes on each side.
  6. 6. Reduce the heat to low and cover the tawa. Let the chicken cook fully for another 10 minutes.
  7. 7. Flip occasionally to ensure even cooking and prevent burning.
  8. 8. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and squeeze fresh lemon juice before serving.
  9. 9. Serve hot with jeera rice or fresh chapati for a complete meal.
