- 9 g On1Y Parsley Leaves
- 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
- 500 g Pluckk Organic Hybrid Tomatoes
- 500G Gustora Spaghetti Pasta
- 100 g Celery
- 1 kg Puro Healthy Salt (Sendha Namak)
- 1 ltr Oreal Canola Oil (From The House Of Pansari)
Instructions
- 1. Place a saucepan on low heat.
- 2. Finely chop 1 celery and 2 cloves of garlic to ensure quick cooking.
- 3. Add 1 tbsp of canola oil to the pan, followed by the chopped celery and garlic.
- 4. Season with 1 pinch of salt and cook for 5 minutes until softened.
- 5. Add 2 chopped tomatoes to the pan and stir well. Let the mixture simmer for 15 minutes until the celery is tender.
- 6. Meanwhile, boil a large pot of salted water and cook 400 g of spaghetti for 9-10 minutes until al dente.
- 7. Drain the spaghetti and set aside.
- 8. Add the cooked celery and tomato sauce to the pasta and cook for 3-4 minutes until heated through.
- 9. Combine the cooked spaghetti with the sauce, stirring to coat the pasta evenly.
- 10. Add 1 tsp of dried parsley leaves during cooking for flavor enhancement.
- 11. Serve hot and enjoy your flavorful pasta dinner.
