Ingredients

  • Pcs Chings Masala Chicken Chilli
  • - Onion
  • 250g Garlic
  • 250g Ginger
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil
  • 250g Green Chilli
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • 100 g Coriander Powder
  • 50 g Cumin Powder
  • - Red Chilli
  • 100g Garam Masala
  • 250 ml Coconut Milk
  • 250g Coriander
  • 10G Salt
  • 500 ml Water

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Heat 2 tablespoons of mustard oil in a heavy-bottomed pan over medium heat for 2 minutes until the oil begins to shimmer. Add the chopped onions and sauté for 5-6 minutes until golden brown.
  2. Step 2: Add the minced garlic, grated ginger, and slit green chilies to the pan. Sauté for 2 minutes until the raw aroma disappears.
  3. Step 3: Stir in the turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chili powder, and garam masala. Cook the spices for 1-2 minutes on low-medium heat, stirring continuously to prevent burning.
  4. Step 4: Add the chicken pieces to the pan and sear them for 5-6 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are lightly browned on all sides.
  5. Step 5: Pour in the tomato puree and cook for 3-4 minutes until the mixture thickens slightly. Add salt to taste and mix well.
  6. Step 6: Reduce the heat to low and add the coconut milk along with 100 ml of water. Stir gently to combine, cover the pan, and let it simmer for 15-20 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
  7. Step 7: Garnish the curry with freshly chopped coriander leaves. Serve hot with a side of sautéed spinach or a fresh cucumber salad for a complete keto-friendly meal.
