Ingredients
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 200 g Paneer
- 100 Ml Gowardhan Ghee
- - Milky Mist Skyr Plain Yogurt
- 500g Sur Jowar Flour
- - Red Chilli Powder
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 100 g Amchur Powder
- 500 Ml Champion Oil
- 200 g Table Salt
- Pcs Ajwain 50g
Instructions
- 1. In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup jowar flour, 1/4 tsp salt, and 1/4 tsp ajwain. Gradually add 1/4 cup water and knead into a firm dough. Cover and set aside for 10 minutes.
- 2. In another bowl, mix 1/2 cup grated paneer, 1/4 tsp red chili powder, 1/4 tsp garam masala, 1/4 tsp amchur powder, and 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves. Set aside.
- 3. Divide the dough into 4 equal portions. Roll each portion into a small circle using a rolling pin and some dry jowar flour for dusting.
- 4. Place 2 tbsp of the paneer mixture in the center of each circle. Bring the edges together to seal the filling and form a ball. Flatten gently.
- 5. Roll out the stuffed dough ball into a paratha, ensuring the filling does not spill out.
- 6. Heat a tawa or skillet over medium heat. Place the paratha on the tawa and cook for 1-2 minutes until small bubbles appear.
- 7. Flip the paratha and spread 1/4 tsp ghee or oil on the cooked side. Flip again and spread ghee or oil on the other side. Cook until both sides are golden brown and crispy.
- 8. Repeat with the remaining dough and filling. Serve hot with yogurt or pickle.
