Ingredients
- 1 pc Cabbage Red
- 200 ml Gowardhan Ghee Jar
- 250 ml Coco Mama Coconut Milk
- 1 kg Tata Salt (Vacuum Evaporated Iodised)
Instructions
- 1. Cut the cabbage into medium-sized pieces, removing the tough inner core.
- 2. Heat 2 tablespoons of ghee in a large pan over medium heat. Add and sauté for 30 seconds to release its aroma.
- 3. Add the cabbage to the pan and stir to coat it evenly with the ghee.
- 4. Pour in 2 cups of coconut milk and bring the mixture to a gentle simmer. Cover the pan and cook for about 15 minutes, or until the cabbage is tender.
- 5. Uncover the pan and continue cooking until most of the liquid has evaporated. Stir in 1 teaspoon of salt and adjust seasoning to taste.
- 6. Serve the braised cabbage warm as a main dish or a side, garnished with fresh coriander if desired.
