Ingredients
- 1 pack Mushrooms Button
- - Bell Peppers
- 1 bunch Spring Onion
- 300 g Glass Noodles
- 90 g Dark Soy Sauce
- 500 g Sugar
Instructions
- 1. Soak 100g of glass noodles in warm water for 20 minutes until softened. Drain and set aside.
- 2. Heat 2 tbsp of sesame oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add 1 sliced carrot and sauté for 2 minutes.
- 3. Add 1 sliced bell pepper and 100g of sliced mushrooms to the pan. Sauté for another 3 minutes until vegetables are tender.
- 4. In a small bowl, mix 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp sugar, and 1 tsp sesame seeds to create the sauce.
- 5. Add the soaked glass noodles to the pan with the vegetables. Pour the sauce over the noodles and toss well to combine.
- 6. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the noodles are fully cooked and have absorbed the sauce.
- 7. Garnish with chopped spring onions and serve hot.
