Ingredients

  • 3 x 180 ml Sofit Natural Soy Beverage - Pack Of 3
  • 100 g Catch Sprinklers - Iodized Table Salt
  • 850 g Oleev Smart Vitafit Edibale Vegetable Oil
  • 10 kg Pansari Fresh Chakki Atta (0% Maida)

Instructions

  1. 1. Sift 1 1/3 cups of flour and 1 teaspoon of salt into a mixing bowl.
  2. 2. In a separate bowl, mix 1/3 cup of oil and 3 tablespoons of cold skim milk until well combined.
  3. 3. Pour the oil and milk mixture into the flour mixture all at once and stir until the dough comes together.
  4. 4. Using your hands, form the dough into a smooth ball.
  5. 5. Place the dough between two sheets of wax paper and roll it out into a circle about 11 inches in diameter.
  6. 6. Carefully remove the top sheet of wax paper and transfer the crust into a 9-inch pie pan. Remove the remaining wax paper.
