Ingredients
- 3 x 180 ml Sofit Natural Soy Beverage - Pack Of 3
- 100 g Catch Sprinklers - Iodized Table Salt
- 850 g Oleev Smart Vitafit Edibale Vegetable Oil
- 10 kg Pansari Fresh Chakki Atta (0% Maida)
Instructions
- 1. Sift 1 1/3 cups of flour and 1 teaspoon of salt into a mixing bowl.
- 2. In a separate bowl, mix 1/3 cup of oil and 3 tablespoons of cold skim milk until well combined.
- 3. Pour the oil and milk mixture into the flour mixture all at once and stir until the dough comes together.
- 4. Using your hands, form the dough into a smooth ball.
- 5. Place the dough between two sheets of wax paper and roll it out into a circle about 11 inches in diameter.
- 6. Carefully remove the top sheet of wax paper and transfer the crust into a 9-inch pie pan. Remove the remaining wax paper.
- 7. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- 8. Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 12 minutes or until it turns golden brown.
