A refreshing and creamy fruit raita made with yogurt and a medley of fresh fruits, perfect for a light and satisfying dinner. This Jain-friendly recipe is free from root vegetables and packed with flavor.
Ingredients
- 100 g Premium Coriander Leaves Without Roots
- 4 pcs Baby Banana
- 200 g Mini Orange (Imported)
- 200 g Delishh Frozen Strawberry
- 1 kg Whole Farm Grocery Sugar (Packet)
- 1 pack (1 kg) Annapurna Iodized Crystal Salt | Kal Uppu
- 500 G Star White Pepper Masala Powder
- 45 g On1Y Cinnamon Powder
Instructions
- 1. Peel and cut the banana into small pieces. Peel and segment the orange, removing any seeds, and cut the segments into smaller pieces. Wash and cut the strawberries into large chunks.
- 2. In a mixing bowl, mash some banana pieces until smooth to create a creamy base.
- 3. Add the chopped banana, orange pieces, and strawberry chunks to the mashed banana base.
- 4. Stir in 1 1/2 tablespoons of sugar, a pinch of salt, a pinch of white pepper, and a pinch of cinnamon powder. Mix everything well to combine.
- 5. Cover the bowl and refrigerate the raita for about 30 minutes to chill and allow the flavors to meld.
- 6. Before serving, garnish the raita with freshly chopped Premium Coriander Leaves Without Roots.
