- 200 g Lady Finger Diced (Bhendi Cut)
- 400G Freshos Corn Kernels
- 400 g Pastazara Finely Chopped Tomatoes
- 1 kg Rajma Chitra
- 1 kg Supreme Harvest Iodized Salt
Instructions
- 1. Wash the garden-fresh butter beans, okra, corn, and tomatoes thoroughly under running water.
- 2. Core and peel the tomatoes, then chop them into small pieces.
- 3. Trim the okra and slice it into small rounds.
- 4. Remove the kernels from the corn cobs using a sharp knife.
- 5. Combine the chopped tomatoes, sliced okra, corn kernels, and butter beans in a large mixing bowl.
- 6. Sprinkle 6 tablespoons of salt evenly over the vegetable mix and toss well to coat.
- 7. Divide the vegetable mix into portions and pack them into wide-mouth freezer bags, leaving about 1 inch of space at the top.
- 8. Seal the bags tightly, ensuring no air remains inside, and label them with the date.
- 9. Place the sealed bags in the freezer for storage. Use the mix directly in soups or stews without thawing for best results.
