Ingredients
- 100 g Green Lettuce
- 6 Pieces Daily Apple
- 500 g Whole Farm Grocery Raisins 500 G
- 200 g Livyor Raw Sunflower Seeds
- 85 g On1Y Whole Cumin Seeds ( Jeera Whole )
- 1 pc (52 g) On1Y Paprika Powder
- 45 g On1Y Cinnamon Powder
- 100 g Catch Sprinklers - Black Pepper Powder
- 1 kg Supreme Harvest Iodized Salt
- 300 ml Puramate Pancake Maple Syrup
Instructions
- 1. Dry roast 1 teaspoon of whole cumin seeds in a pan over medium heat until aromatic, then grind into a fine powder.
- 2. In a small bowl, mix the freshly ground cumin powder, 1/4 teaspoon paprika, 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon powder, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, and 1/4 teaspoon salt to create the spice blend.
- 3. In a larger bowl, combine 1 tablespoon of maple syrup with the spice blend. Mix thoroughly until well combined.
- 4. Core 1 apple and cut it into 1/2-inch dice. Measure 1 and 3/4 cups of diced apple and gently fold them into the mixture, ensuring all pieces are evenly coated.
- 5. Add 1/4 cup of raisins to the mixture and stir gently to combine.
- 6. Toast 1/4 cup of sunflower seeds in a dry pan over medium heat until fragrant, then let them cool to room temperature before adding them to the salad.
- 7. Serve the salad on fresh lettuce leaves for a crisp and elegant presentation.
