Ingredients
- 100 g Premium Coriander Leaves Without Roots
- 2 x 400 g Good To Go Boneless Chicken Breast - Pack Of 2
- 250 g Organically Grown Green Capsicum
- 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
- 250 ml Coco Mama Coconut Milk
- - Whole Wheat Pasta - Fusilli
- 850 g Oleev Smart Vitafit Edibale Vegetable Oil
- 200 g Tata Sampann Cumin Seeds / Jeera Seeds (Whole Spices) (Jeera)
- 50 g Minitz Garam Masala
- 100 g X 3 Mtr Turmeric Powder | Arisina Pudi Combo
- 500 g Dhani Pure Red Chilli Powder
- 70 g Namakwali Authentic Mix Seasoning Flavoured Salt
- 100 g Salt
Instructions
- 1. Boil 500 g chicken breast in salted water until fully cooked, about 15-20 minutes. Remove, let cool slightly, and shred into strips.
- 2. Heat 2 tbsp vegetable oil in a large pan. Add 1 finely chopped onion and 1 diced green bell pepper. Sauté until softened, about 5-7 minutes.
- 3. Add 1 tsp cumin seeds, 1 tsp garam masala, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, and 1/2 tsp red chili powder to the pan. Stir well to coat the vegetables in the spices.
- 4. Cook 250 g whole wheat pasta - fusilli in boiling salted water until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain well and set aside.
- 5. Steam 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables until tender, about 5 minutes, and drain.
- 6. In the pan with the sautéed vegetables, add the shredded chicken and steamed vegetables. Mix well and cook for 5 minutes until heated through.
- 7. Add the cooked fusilli pasta to the pan and toss everything together. Cook for another 2-3 minutes to combine flavors.
- 8. Serve hot, garnished with fresh coriander leaves if desired.
