  • 10 pcs Prawns
  • 1 kg Rice
  • - Dark Soy Sauce-700 Gm
  • 240 g Honey Twigs Himalayan Honey
  • 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
  • 200 G Spring Onion(200Gm)
  • 1 ltr Anveshan Cold Pressed Black Sesame Oil
  • 1 ltr Pansari Tilsari Edible Vegetable Oil
  • 25 g Whole Black Pepper
  • 100 g Salt

Instructions

  1. 1. Rinse and pat the prawns dry before seasoning them lightly with salt and black pepper.
  2. 2. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a pan and sauté the garlic until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  3. 3. Add the prawns to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and curl slightly.
  4. 4. Mix the soy sauce and honey in a small bowl, then pour the mixture over the prawns in the pan.
