- 150G Honey Mustard And Dill Gourmet Spread, 150G
- - Kikkoman Soy Sauce
- 350G Frohweins Chicken Breast Fillets Supremes Skinless
- 640G Birds Eye Country Mixed Vegetables
- 50G Black Garlic Cloves, 50G
- 250 G Bwfo Ginger Root Dried Cut
- - Biona Capers In Olive Oil
- 100G Heera Black Pepper Powder 100g
- 400G Greenfield Himalayan Salt Fine 400G

- 1. Mince the garlic and ginger finely and set aside.
- 2. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, cornstarch, and water until smooth.
- 3. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and add the chicken thighs.
