  • 300 g Nutrich Chicken Thigh Boneless
  • 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
  • 1 kg Basmati Rice
  • 100 g Dabur Honey
  • - Dark Soy Sauce-90 GM
  • 100 g The Select Aisle Corn Flour (Starch)
  • 500 ml Oil (For Frying)
  • 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
  • 25 g Whole Black Pepper
  • 200 G Spring Onion(200Gm)

Instructions

  1. 1. Rinse and pat dry the chicken thighs, then season them lightly with salt and pepper.
  2. 2. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, cornstarch, and 2 tablespoons of water to make the glaze.
  3. 3. Heat a pan over medium heat, add vegetable oil, and sear the chicken thighs until golden brown on both sides.
  4. 4. Pour the honey-soy glaze over the chicken and simmer for 10-12 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  5. 5. Wash the rice thoroughly and drain to remove excess starch.
  6. 6. Heat a separate pan, add a tablespoon of vegetable oil, and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
