- 300 g Nutrich Chicken Thigh Boneless
- - DELI QUINOA/BASMATI RICE 1KG
- 100 g Dabur Honey
- - Dark Soy Sauce-90 GM
- 110 g Unpeeled Garlic Cloves
- 1 kg Beetroot
- - Red Chilli
- 500 ml Oil (For Frying)
- - Frozen Mixed Vegetables
- 100 g Supreme Harvest White Sesame Seeds
- 200 G Spring Onion(200Gm)
- 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the rice thoroughly and cook in a pot with water until tender, then fluff with a fork.
- 2. Mince garlic and ginger finely, and chop scallions into small slices.
- 3. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, ginger, and chilli pepper to create the marinade.
- 4. Coat chicken thigh fillets with the marinade and let sit for 10 minutes.
- 5. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken until golden brown and cooked through.
- 6. Remove the chicken and let it rest, then slice into bite-sized pieces.
- 7. In the same skillet, sauté frozen mixed vegetables until heated and slightly caramelized.
- 8. Assemble the rice bowl by layering cooked rice, sautéed vegetables, and sliced chicken.
- 9. Drizzle remaining marinade over the bowl for extra flavor.
- 10. Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced scallions before serving.
