- - DELI QUINOA/BASMATI RICE 1KG
- 1 kg Basmati Rice
- 100 g Dabur Honey
- 250 g Tendercuts Basa Boneless Fillet F&S
- 100 g Lemon
- - Dark Soy Sauce-90 GM
- - Ginger Powder
- 100 g Catch Garlic Paste
- 100 g Tamarind Paste
- 750 g Priya Sunflower Oil
- - Frozen Mixed Vegetables
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 50 g White Pepper Powder
- 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
- 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the fish fillets under cold water and pat them dry with a paper towel.
- 2. In a small bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, ginger powder, garlic paste, and tamarind paste to make the glaze.
- 3. Heat 1 tablespoon of cooking oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat and place the fish fillets in it.
- 4. Brush the honey-soy glaze generously over the fish and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until caramelized.
- 5. While the fish cooks, rinse the rice thoroughly and set it aside.
- 6. Heat the remaining tablespoon of cooking oil in a separate pan and sauté the Frozen Mixed Vegetables for 2-3 minutes.
- 7. Add turmeric powder, white pepper, and salt to the vegetables and stir well.
- 8. Pour water into the pan with vegetables, bring it to a boil, and add the rinsed rice.
- 9. Reduce the heat to low, cover the pan, and let the rice cook for 15 minutes until tender.
- 10. Once the rice is cooked, drizzle lemon juice over it and fluff with a fork for a zesty flavor.
