Ingredients

  • - DELI QUINOA/BASMATI RICE 1KG
  • 1 kg Basmati Rice
  • 100 g Dabur Honey
  • 250 g Tendercuts Basa Boneless Fillet F&S
  • 100 g Lemon
  • - Dark Soy Sauce-90 GM
  • - Ginger Powder
  • 100 g Catch Garlic Paste
  • 100 g Tamarind Paste
  • 750 g Priya Sunflower Oil
  • - Frozen Mixed Vegetables
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • 50 g White Pepper Powder
  • 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
  • 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )

Instructions

  1. 1. Rinse the fish fillets under cold water and pat them dry with a paper towel.
  2. 2. In a small bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, ginger powder, garlic paste, and tamarind paste to make the glaze.
  3. 3. Heat 1 tablespoon of cooking oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat and place the fish fillets in it.
  4. 4. Brush the honey-soy glaze generously over the fish and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until caramelized.
  5. 5. While the fish cooks, rinse the rice thoroughly and set it aside.
  6. 6. Heat the remaining tablespoon of cooking oil in a separate pan and sauté the Frozen Mixed Vegetables for 2-3 minutes.
  7. 7. Add turmeric powder, white pepper, and salt to the vegetables and stir well.
  8. 8. Pour water into the pan with vegetables, bring it to a boil, and add the rinsed rice.
