Ingredients

- - DELI QUINOA/BASMATI RICE 1KG
- 100 g Dabur Honey
- 1 pack (200 g) Godrej Real Good Medium Prawns Peeled & Deveined (Freshly Frozen)
- 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
- 1 ltr Anveshan Cold Pressed Black Sesame Oil
- - Dark Soy Sauce-90 GM
- - Nescafe Gold Blend Cap Colombia Fruity & Delicate Coffee 95g
- 200 G Spring Onion(200Gm)
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the rice thoroughly under cold water until the water runs clear.
- 2. In a pot, combine rice, water, and a pinch of salt, then bring to a boil.
- 3. Once boiling, reduce the heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes until rice is cooked and water is absorbed.
- 4. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat until shimmering.
- 5. Add grated ginger and stir-fry for 30 seconds to release its aroma.
- 6. Toss in the prawns and cook for 2–3 minutes until they turn pink and are just cooked through.
- 7. In a small bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, and chilli pepper blend to create the glaze.
- 8. Pour the glaze over the prawns and stir well to coat evenly, cooking for 1–2 minutes until slightly thickened.
- 9. Remove the prawns from heat and garnish with chopped spring onions.
- 10. Fluff the cooked rice with a fork and transfer it to serving plates.
- 11. Serve the honey ginger glazed prawns alongside the steamed rice for a complete meal.
