Ingredients

  • 50 g The Select Aisle Bread Crumbs
  • 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
  • 250 g Zucchini Green
  • 100 g Zoff Garlic Powder
  • 525 g Veeba Herby Tomato Pizza & Pasta Sauce
  • 16 g Orika Oregano
  • 35 g On1Y Grinder Italian Seasoning Flakes

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a nonstick baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. 2. In a medium-sized bowl, combine 1 lb ground turkey, 1 1/2 cups bread crumbs, 1 cup finely chopped onion, 1 cup grated zucchini, 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder, and 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning flakes. Mix until well combined.
  3. 3. Shape the mixture into evenly sized balls, about 1 1/2 inches in diameter, and place them on the prepared baking sheet, leaving some space between each meatball.
  4. 4. Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for 25 minutes. Remove the baking sheet, spoon 1 cup of tomato sauce over the meatballs, and return them to the oven for an additional 10 minutes, or until the meatballs are browned and cooked through.
  5. 5. Remove from the oven and let the meatballs rest for 5 minutes before serving. Serve warm with your favorite side dishes or over pasta.
