- 50 g The Select Aisle Bread Crumbs
- 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
- 250 g Zucchini Green
- 100 g Zoff Garlic Powder
- 525 g Veeba Herby Tomato Pizza & Pasta Sauce
- 16 g Orika Oregano
- 35 g On1Y Grinder Italian Seasoning Flakes
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a nonstick baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- 2. In a medium-sized bowl, combine 1 lb ground turkey, 1 1/2 cups bread crumbs, 1 cup finely chopped onion, 1 cup grated zucchini, 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder, and 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning flakes. Mix until well combined.
- 3. Shape the mixture into evenly sized balls, about 1 1/2 inches in diameter, and place them on the prepared baking sheet, leaving some space between each meatball.
- 4. Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for 25 minutes. Remove the baking sheet, spoon 1 cup of tomato sauce over the meatballs, and return them to the oven for an additional 10 minutes, or until the meatballs are browned and cooked through.
- 5. Remove from the oven and let the meatballs rest for 5 minutes before serving. Serve warm with your favorite side dishes or over pasta.
