Ingredients
- 25 g Parsley
- 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
- 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
- 100 g Celery
- 6 pcs Hen Fruit -6 Farm Fresh Antibiotic Free White Protein Rich Eggs
- 200 g Milky Mist Paneer
- 1 Combo Fortune Rice Bran 870G & Mustard Oil 1L Pouch
- 50 g + 30 g Snapin Oregano Seasoning + Chilli Flakes Combo
- 16 g Orika Oregano
Instructions
- 1. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add 1 cup of finely chopped sambar onion and 1 minced clove of garlic, sautéing until the onion becomes translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
- 2. Stir in 1 cup of diced celery and cook for another 5 minutes until the celery softens.
- 3. In a large bowl, crumble 2 cups of paneer into small pieces, leaving some chunks for texture. Add the sautéed onion and celery mixture to the paneer.
- 4. Mix in 1 beaten egg, 1/4 cup of chopped parsley, 1/4 teaspoon of Snapin Oregano Seasoning + Chilli Flakes Combo, 1/4 teaspoon of Orika Oregano, and 1/4 teaspoon of Orika Oregano. Combine until evenly mixed.
- 5. Form the mixture into eight patties, each about 1/2 inch thick, and place them on a nonstick baking sheet.
- 6. Bake the patties in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 20 minutes. Remove from the oven, top each patty with 4 ounces of shredded paneer, and return to the oven for an additional 10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- 7. Serve the patties warm, garnished with additional parsley if desired.
