  • 250 G Zucchini Yellow(250Gm -350 Gm)
  • 200 ml So Good Plant Based Soy Beverage Unsweetened | Lactose Free | No Added Sugar | Gluten Free | Zero Cholesterol | Dairy Free |Non Gmo Soybean
  • 75 g Keya Foods Herby Italian Spice Mix
  • 1 pc (20 g or 27 g) Snapin Mixed Herbs Italian Seasoning
  • 100 ml Oleev Olivana Natural Olive Oil (Bottle)
  • 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
  • 25 g Whole Black Pepper
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • - Frozen Mixed Vegetables

Instructions

  1. 1. Wash and dice the zucchini into small cubes, ensuring even sizes for uniform cooking.
  2. 2. Rinse the rice thoroughly under cold water to remove excess starch and set aside.
  3. 3. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat and add the diced zucchini. Sauté until lightly golden.
