- 250 G Zucchini Yellow(250Gm -350 Gm)
- 200 ml So Good Plant Based Soy Beverage Unsweetened | Lactose Free | No Added Sugar | Gluten Free | Zero Cholesterol | Dairy Free |Non Gmo Soybean
- 75 g Keya Foods Herby Italian Spice Mix
- 1 pc (20 g or 27 g) Snapin Mixed Herbs Italian Seasoning
- 100 ml Oleev Olivana Natural Olive Oil (Bottle)
- 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
- 25 g Whole Black Pepper
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Frozen Mixed Vegetables
Instructions
- 1. Wash and dice the zucchini into small cubes, ensuring even sizes for uniform cooking.
- 2. Rinse the rice thoroughly under cold water to remove excess starch and set aside.
- 3. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat and add the diced zucchini. Sauté until lightly golden.
- 4. Add the frozen mixed vegetables to the pan, stirring occasionally, and cook for 5 minutes.
