- 1 pc (20 g or 27 g) Snapin Mixed Herbs Italian Seasoning
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 100 ml Oleev Olivana Natural Olive Oil (Bottle)
- 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
- 25 g Whole Black Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Bring the So Good Soy Protein+ Plant Based Beverage to a gentle boil in a medium saucepan.
- 2. Gradually whisk in the polenta, stirring continuously to avoid lumps, and cook over low heat until thickened.
- 3. While the polenta cooks, heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and add the Frozen Mixed Vegetables.
- 4. Sauté the vegetables for 5–7 minutes until tender, then season with salt, pepper, and Snapin Mixed Herbs Italian Seasoning.
- 5. Grate the Fresh Turmeric finely and stir it into the polenta for added flavor and color.
