Ingredients
- 25 g Parsley
- 200 g Orange Carrot (Gajar)
- 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
- 150 g Spring Onion (Kandychi Path)
- 200 g Hydroponic Sweet Bell Pepper (Cocktail)
- 16 g Orika Oregano
- 80 g Knorr Vegetables Stock Cubes
- 100 g Catch Sprinklers - Black Pepper Powder
Instructions
- 1. Set aside 450 g of diced turkey as the main protein base.
- 2. In a large slow cooker, combine 1 spring onion (chopped), 1 cup diced carrot, 1 cup diced bell pepper, 2 minced garlic cloves, 2 cups diced turkey, 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, and 1 bay leaf.
- 3. Pour in 4 cups of vegetable stock and 4 cups of water. Stir to combine.
- 4. Cover the slow cooker and cook on HIGH for 2 1/2 to 3 hours, or until the vegetables are tender.
- 5. Check the consistency and add boiling water if a soupier texture is desired. Adjust seasoning with salt if needed.
- 6. Remove and discard the bay leaf. Garnish with freshly chopped flat-leaf parsley before serving.
