- 50 g Parsley Leaves
- 250 ml Olive Oil
- - Thyme
- 180 g Button Mushroom
- - Red Onion Powder 50gm
- - MF GARLIC CLOVES 100GM
- 50 g Black Pepper
- 100 g Salt
- 500 g Refined Flour
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 180°C and grease a muffin tin lightly with olive oil.
- 2. In a mixing bowl, combine chickpea flour, water, salt, and black pepper to form a smooth batter.
- 3. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a pan and sauté chopped garlic and onions until softened.
- 4. Add finely chopped mushrooms and cook until they release their moisture and brown slightly.
- 5. Stir in cooked lentils, thyme, and parsley, cooking for another 2 minutes to mix flavors well.
- 6. Pour a thin layer of batter into each greased muffin tin mold to form tartlet bases.
- 7. Add a spoonful of the mushroom-lentil mixture on top of each base, spreading it evenly.
- 8. Pour a small amount of batter over each tartlet to cover the filling partially.
- 9. Bake the tartlets in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until firm and golden brown on top.
- 10. Remove the tartlets from the oven and let them cool for 5 minutes before carefully unmolding.
- 11. Garnish the tartlets with freshly chopped parsley for added freshness and flavor.
