- 500 g Haringhata Boneless Frozen Chicken Breast
- 1 pack (1 kg) 921 Everyday Long Grain Rice
- 35 g Keya Foods Italian Seasoning
- Pcs Egg Loose
- 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )
- 1 pack (500 g) Bhagyalakshmi Rice Flour
- 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
- - KATDARE BLACK PEPPER POWDER 12GM
- 500 ml Oil (For Frying)
Instructions
- 1. Boil the chicken breast in water with a pinch of salt until fully cooked, then shred it into small pieces.
- 2. Cook the long-grain rice according to package instructions and allow it to cool completely.
- 3. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cooked rice, Italian seasoning, finely chopped coriander leaves, salt, and pepper.
- 4. Add the rice flour and crack an egg into the mixture, then mix thoroughly until it forms a sticky dough-like consistency.
- 5. Shape the mixture into small round fritters, ensuring they are compact and evenly sized.
- 6. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat until shimmering, and gently place the fritters into the hot oil.
