Ingredients
- 500 g Haringhata Boneless Frozen Chicken Breast
- 1 pack (1 kg) 921 Everyday Long Grain Rice
- 35 g Keya Foods Italian Seasoning
- 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 1 pack (500 g) Bhagyalakshmi Rice Flour
- Pcs Egg Loose
- 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
- 25 g Whole Black Pepper
- 100 ml Oleev Olivana Natural Olive Oil (Bottle)
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the rice thoroughly and cook with 300ml water until soft and fluffy, then set aside to cool.
- 2. Mince the chicken breast finely or blend in a food processor until smooth.
- 3. Heat a pan with a drizzle of olive oil, sauté minced garlic and turmeric until aromatic.
- 4. In a bowl, combine cooked rice, minced chicken, sautéed garlic, turmeric, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
- 5. Mix the ingredients well to form a cohesive mixture that holds together when shaped.
- 6. Beat the egg in a small bowl and set aside for coating.
- 7. Shape the chicken-rice mixture into small balls, approximately 40g each.
- 8. Coat each ball lightly with rice flour, then dip into the beaten egg for a thin coating.
- 9. Heat the olive oil in a deep pan to medium temperature for frying.
- 10. Fry the rice balls in batches until golden and crispy on all sides, about 3-4 minutes per batch.
- 11. Remove the rice balls and drain on paper towels to remove excess oil.
- 12. Allow them to cool slightly before serving warm with your favorite dip or sauce.
