This simple and flavorful flatbread is perfect for a quick dinner. Made with thawed bread dough, aromatic herbs, and a cheesy topping, it’s a satisfying meal for Jain dietary preferences.
Ingredients
- 1 pc (10 g) On1Y Oregano Dried Herb
- 200G Golden Bakery Bread
- 200 g Paneer
- 1 kg Akar Powder Salt
- 1 Combo Fortune Rice Bran 870G & Mustard Oil 1L Pouch
- 100 g Tata Sampann Whole Spices Cumin Seed
- 200 g Food Library The Magic Of Nature Hungarian Sweet Paprika Powder
Instructions
- 1. To thaw the frozen bread dough, place it in the refrigerator the night before in a covered bowl. By morning, it will be ready to use.
- 2. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- 3. Roll out the thawed dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, forming a flat, even base.
- 4. In a small bowl, mix 1 tbsp oil, 1/4 tsp cumin, 1/4 tsp salt, and 1/4 tsp paprika. Brush this mixture evenly over the dough.
- 5. Sprinkle 1 tbsp dried oregano and crumble 2 tbsp paneer evenly over the dough.
- 6. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are golden.
- 7. Remove from the oven, let it cool slightly, and slice into pieces. Serve warm or at room temperature.
