Ingredients
- 25 g Parsley
- 200 g Mooz Formaggio Feta Cheese
- 141 g Pam Grilling Grillades Cooking Spray
- 100 g Dg1 Garlic Powder
- 1 pack (100 g) Tata Sampann Pure Black Pepper Powder
- 1 kg Twf Bread Flour T55 - Specialised Maida
Instructions
- 1. Thaw the bread dough according to the package instructions until it is pliable and ready to use.
- 2. Lightly grease 15 muffin cups with nonstick cooking spray and set them aside.
- 3. On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough into a 15 x 9-inch rectangle. If the dough is too springy, let it rest for 5 minutes before continuing.
- 4. Spread the feta cheese evenly over the surface of the dough, leaving a small border around the edges. Sprinkle the garlic powder and parsley over the cheese.
- 5. Evenly distribute the chopped parsley over the cheese and herb mixture.
- 6. Starting from the long edge closest to you, tightly roll the dough into a log. Pinch the seam to seal it, then cut the log into 15 equal slices.
- 7. Place each slice, cut side up, into the prepared muffin cups. Cover loosely with a clean kitchen towel and let rise in a warm place for 20-30 minutes, or until slightly puffed.
- 8. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake the rolls for 18-20 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- 9. Remove the rolls from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm as a delightful dinner option.
