About this recipe

These soft and flavorful dinner rolls are filled with a blend of cheeses, fresh green onions, and aromatic herbs, making them a perfect choice for an easy and satisfying eggetarian dinner.

Ingredients

  • 25 g Parsley
  • 200 g Mooz Formaggio Feta Cheese
  • 141 g Pam Grilling Grillades Cooking Spray
  • 100 g Dg1 Garlic Powder
  • 1 pack (100 g) Tata Sampann Pure Black Pepper Powder
  • 1 kg Twf Bread Flour T55 - Specialised Maida

Instructions

  1. 1. Thaw the bread dough according to the package instructions until it is pliable and ready to use.
  2. 2. Lightly grease 15 muffin cups with nonstick cooking spray and set them aside.
  3. 3. On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough into a 15 x 9-inch rectangle. If the dough is too springy, let it rest for 5 minutes before continuing.
  4. 4. Spread the feta cheese evenly over the surface of the dough, leaving a small border around the edges. Sprinkle the garlic powder and parsley over the cheese.
  5. 5. Evenly distribute the chopped parsley over the cheese and herb mixture.
  6. 6. Starting from the long edge closest to you, tightly roll the dough into a log. Pinch the seam to seal it, then cut the log into 15 equal slices.
  7. 7. Place each slice, cut side up, into the prepared muffin cups. Cover loosely with a clean kitchen towel and let rise in a warm place for 20-30 minutes, or until slightly puffed.
  8. 8. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake the rolls for 18-20 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  9. 9. Remove the rolls from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm as a delightful dinner option.
