Ingredients

  • 50 g + 30 g Snapin Oregano Seasoning + Chilli Flakes Combo
  • 100 ml Oleev Olivana Natural Olive Oil (Bottle)
  • 1 kg Akar Powder Salt
  • 10 kg Pansari Fresh Chakki Atta (0% Maida)
  • 100 g Tata Sampann Whole Spices Cumin Seed

Instructions

  1. 1. Bring the butter and cheddar cheese to room temperature for easier mixing.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, beat together the softened butter and cheddar cheese until well blended and creamy.
  3. 3. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, oregano, salt, and a pinch of asafoetida (hing) to replace the garlic/onion flavor.
  4. 4. Gradually add the dry mixture to the butter and cheese mixture, mixing thoroughly after each addition.
  5. 5. Add 2 tablespoons of water to the dough and mix until it comes together into a smooth ball.
  6. 6. Roll the dough out on a floured surface to a thickness of about 1/4 inch.
  7. 7. Cut the dough into 3 x 3/4-inch strips or use small cookie cutters to create fun shapes.
  8. 8. Place the strips or shapes onto an ungreased baking sheet, ensuring they are spaced slightly apart.
  9. 9. Bake in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the edges are lightly browned.
