- 50 g + 30 g Snapin Oregano Seasoning + Chilli Flakes Combo
- 100 ml Oleev Olivana Natural Olive Oil (Bottle)
- 1 kg Akar Powder Salt
- 10 kg Pansari Fresh Chakki Atta (0% Maida)
- 100 g Tata Sampann Whole Spices Cumin Seed
Instructions
- 1. Bring the butter and cheddar cheese to room temperature for easier mixing.
- 2. In a mixing bowl, beat together the softened butter and cheddar cheese until well blended and creamy.
- 3. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, oregano, salt, and a pinch of asafoetida (hing) to replace the garlic/onion flavor.
- 4. Gradually add the dry mixture to the butter and cheese mixture, mixing thoroughly after each addition.
- 5. Add 2 tablespoons of water to the dough and mix until it comes together into a smooth ball.
- 6. Roll the dough out on a floured surface to a thickness of about 1/4 inch.
- 7. Cut the dough into 3 x 3/4-inch strips or use small cookie cutters to create fun shapes.
- 8. Place the strips or shapes onto an ungreased baking sheet, ensuring they are spaced slightly apart.
- 9. Bake in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the edges are lightly browned.
- 10. Allow the sticks to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy them warm or cold as a delightful dinner snack.
