- 10 g Rosemary
- 10 g Fresh Thyme
- 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
- 850 g Oleev Smart Vitafit Edibale Vegetable Oil
- 900 G Kikkoman Naturally Brewed Dark Soy Sauce
- 35G Primi Piatti Dried Oregano
Instructions
- 1. In a small bowl, mix 1/3 cup vegetable oil, 1/3 cup soy sauce, 1/4 teaspoon oregano, 1/4 teaspoon basil, 1/2 teaspoon rosemary, 1/4 teaspoon thyme, and 1 finely chopped onion to create the marinade.
- 2. Place the marinated mixture in a glass or ceramic casserole dish.
- 3. Pour the marinade over the mixture, ensuring it is fully coated. Cover the dish and refrigerate for 24 hours, turning the mixture at least twice during this time.
- 4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Remove the mixture from the marinade and let any excess drip off.
- 5. Grill the mixture about 4 inches from the heat source for 6 to 8 minutes on each side, or until it reaches your desired level of doneness.
