Ingredients
- 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
- 1 pc (10 g) On1Y Oregano Dried Herb
- 180 g Wingreens Farms Thousand Island Salad Dressing
- 1 Combo Fortune Rice Bran 870G & Mustard Oil 1L Pouch
- 1 pack (100 g) Tata Sampann Pure Black Pepper Powder
Instructions
- 1. In a small bowl, mix 1 tablespoon of oil, 1 1/2 teaspoons of minced garlic, 1 teaspoon of dried oregano, and 1 teaspoon of black pepper until well combined.
- 2. Rub the mixture evenly over both sides of the steaks.
- 3. Brush each steak with 1/4 cup of salad dressing, ensuring an even coating.
- 4. Preheat a broiler or grill to medium-high heat. Place the steaks on a broiler pan or grill rack.
- 5. Cook the steaks 4 inches from the heat source for 5-6 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
- 6. Remove the steaks from the heat and let them rest for 5 minutes. Serve with the remaining salad dressing drizzled on top or on the side.
