- 125G Grissini Traditional Extra Virgin Olive Oil Breadsticks, 125G
- - Maldon Flakes Sea Salt

- 250G Tilda Wholegrain Basmati Rice 250g
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the basmati rice thoroughly under cold water until the water runs clear, then soak for 10 minutes.
- 2. Chop the parsley and dill finely, then mix them together in a small bowl with a pinch of salt and black pepper.
- 3. Rub olive oil over the salmon fillets, then coat them evenly with the chopped herb mixture.
- 4. Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and cook the salmon fillets for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through.
