Ingredients
- 25 g Parsley
- 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
- 850 g Oleev Smart Vitafit Edibale Vegetable Oil
- 290ml Lea And Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
- 100 g Zoff Garlic Powder
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- 2. Thaw the cod fillets if frozen and pat them dry with paper towels.
- 3. Prepare a large baking pan by spraying it with vegetable oil spray.
- 4. Cut the cod fillets into six equal serving pieces and arrange them in the prepared pan.
- 5. In a small bowl, combine 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil, 1/2 cup of finely chopped onion, 1/4 cup of chopped parsley, 1/8 teaspoon of minced garlic, and 1/2 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce. Mix well to form a glaze.
- 6. Spread the glaze evenly over the top of the cod fillets.
- 7. Bake the cod in the preheated oven for 30 to 40 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
- 8. Serve the baked cod fillets with lemon wedges on the side for a burst of freshness.
