Herb-Crusted Cod Bake recipe

Ingredients

  • 25 g Parsley
  • 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
  • 850 g Oleev Smart Vitafit Edibale Vegetable Oil
  • 290ml Lea And Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
  • 100 g Zoff Garlic Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. 2. Thaw the cod fillets if frozen and pat them dry with paper towels.
  3. 3. Prepare a large baking pan by spraying it with vegetable oil spray.
  4. 4. Cut the cod fillets into six equal serving pieces and arrange them in the prepared pan.
  5. 5. In a small bowl, combine 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil, 1/2 cup of finely chopped onion, 1/4 cup of chopped parsley, 1/8 teaspoon of minced garlic, and 1/2 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce. Mix well to form a glaze.
  6. 6. Spread the glaze evenly over the top of the cod fillets.
  7. 7. Bake the cod in the preheated oven for 30 to 40 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
  8. 8. Serve the baked cod fillets with lemon wedges on the side for a burst of freshness.
