- 300 g Nutrich Chicken Thigh Boneless
- 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
- - DELI QUINOA/BASMATI RICE 1KG
- - FUNFOOD PEANUT BUTTER CREAMY 100GM
- 100 ml Oleev Olivana Natural Olive Oil (Bottle)
- 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
- 25 g Whole Black Pepper
- - Italian Seasoning
- 400 g Delichic Raw Chicken Stock Broth
- - Parsley
- 250 ml Keya Lemon Juice
Instructions
- 1. Wash and pat dry the chicken thighs, then rub them with olive oil, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- 2. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Sear the chicken thighs for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
- 3. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside. Reduce heat to medium-low.
- 4. In the same skillet, melt the butter and sauté minced garlic for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- 5. Add the rice to the skillet and stir to coat it in the garlic butter. Cook for 2 minutes to lightly toast the rice.
- 6. Pour in the chicken stock and bring to a gentle boil, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
