  • 250 g French Beans
  • 200 g Butter Cookies
  • 100 g Garlic
  • - Thyme
  • - Rosemary
  • 250 ml Olive Oil
  • 100 g Pasteurised Butter
  • - Powder - Black Pepper-50 Gm
  • 500 g Wheat Flour / Maida
  • - Red Chilli Powder
  • 500 Ml Champion Oil
  • 100 g Salt
  • 1 kg Water Chestnuts

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and lightly grease a baking tray with a small amount of olive oil.
  2. 2. In a small bowl, mix dried thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper to create a herb seasoning mix.
  3. 3. Rub the herb seasoning evenly over both sides of the chicken breasts, ensuring they are well coated.
  4. 4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sear the chicken breasts for 2-3 minutes on each side.
  5. 5. Transfer the seared chicken to the prepared baking tray and bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
  6. 6. While the chicken bakes, bring a pot of water to a boil and blanch the green beans for 2-3 minutes.
  7. 7. Drain the green beans and immediately transfer them to a bowl of ice water to retain their vibrant green color.
  8. 8. Melt butter in a pan over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  9. 9. Add the drained green beans to the pan and toss them gently in the garlic butter for 2-3 minutes.
  10. 10. Once the chicken is cooked, let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing into thick, juicy pieces.
  11. 11. Plate the herb-crusted chicken alongside the buttered green beans and serve immediately.
