- - Powder - Black Pepper-50 Gm
- 500 g Wheat Flour / Maida
- - Red Chilli Powder
- 500 Ml Champion Oil
- 100 g Salt
- 1 kg Water Chestnuts
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and lightly grease a baking tray with a small amount of olive oil.
- 2. In a small bowl, mix dried thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper to create a herb seasoning mix.
- 3. Rub the herb seasoning evenly over both sides of the chicken breasts, ensuring they are well coated.
- 4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sear the chicken breasts for 2-3 minutes on each side.
- 5. Transfer the seared chicken to the prepared baking tray and bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
- 6. While the chicken bakes, bring a pot of water to a boil and blanch the green beans for 2-3 minutes.
- 7. Drain the green beans and immediately transfer them to a bowl of ice water to retain their vibrant green color.
- 8. Melt butter in a pan over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- 9. Add the drained green beans to the pan and toss them gently in the garlic butter for 2-3 minutes.
- 10. Once the chicken is cooked, let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing into thick, juicy pieces.
- 11. Plate the herb-crusted chicken alongside the buttered green beans and serve immediately.
