Ingredients
- 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
- 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
- 150 g Spring Onion (Kandychi Path)
- 500 g Carrot
- 500 g X 2 Organically Grown Potato Combo
- 290ml Lea And Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 kg Supreme Harvest Iodized Salt
- 1 pack (100 g) Tata Sampann Pure Black Pepper Powder
- 100 g Zoff Garlic Powder
Instructions
- 1. Cut 500 g of potatoes into small cubes and set aside.
- 2. Mince 1 clove of garlic and chop 1 Sambar onion and 2 spring onions finely.
- 3. Peel and chop 3 carrots and 3 potatoes into bite-sized pieces.
- 4. In a slow cooker, add the minced garlic, chopped Sambar onion, spring onions, carrots, and potatoes.
- 5. Season the mixture with 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce, 1 tsp Supreme Harvest iodized salt, 1 tsp Tata Sampann pure black pepper powder, and 1 tsp Zoff garlic powder.
- 6. Stir the ingredients to combine, then cover the slow cooker and cook on low heat for 8-10 hours or overnight until the vegetables are fully cooked.
- 7. Serve the stew hot, garnished with additional chopped spring onions if desired.
