Ingredients
- 250 g Organically Grown Green Capsicum
- 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
- 2.5 Kg Austin Whole Peeled Tomato
- 100 g Old Hill Parmesan Cheese
- 500 g + 500 g Yu 100% Durum Wheat Penne Pasta + 100% Durum Wheat Spaghetti Pasta Combo
- 400 g Zehrat Safa Tomato Paste, 4
- 50 g On1Y Garlic Powder
- 50 g On1Y Onion Powder
- 1 kg Tata Plus Iron Health, Double Fortified Salt
- 1 kg Whole Farm Grocery Sugar (Packet)
- 525 g Veeba Herby Tomato Pizza & Pasta Sauce
Instructions
- 1. Chop 1 green pepper and 1 onion into small pieces and place them in a large skillet.
- 2. Add enough water to cover the vegetables and cook over medium-high heat until tender, about 15 to 20 minutes.
- 3. Stir in 6 oz tomato paste, 1 can of whole peeled tomatoes, and 1 cup crushed tomatoes. Reduce the heat to medium-low and mix well.
- 4. Stir in 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese, 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1 1/2 tsp onion powder, 1 1/2 tsp salt, and 1 tsp sugar to the skillet. Stir to combine.
- 5. Simmer the sauce over low-medium heat for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
- 6. Meanwhile, cook 1 lb pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- 7. Pour the prepared sauce over the hot cooked pasta and stir to mix thoroughly.
- 8. Serve the dish warm, garnished with additional grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
