- 250 g French Beans
- 500 g Whole Farm Premium Bajra/Pearl Millets
- 500 g Spt Frozen Mixed Vegetables
- 500 g Onion
- 500 g Desi Tomato (Tamatar)
- 50 g Cloves
- loose Ginger
- medium Chilli Green Long
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 100 g Popular Essentials Jeera (Cumin Seeds)
- 25G Kp Mut Suk Mas
- 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
- 140 g Modern Kitchens Raita Boondi - 100 % Rice Bran Oil
- 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )
Instructions
- 1. Wash and soak the pearl millet for 30 minutes to soften it before cooking.
- 2. Rinse the sprouted moong beans and set aside for later use.
- 3. Dice the onion and tomatoes into small pieces and mince the garlic and ginger.
- 4. Heat oil in a large pan and add cumin seeds, letting them sizzle for 30 seconds.
- 5. Add the minced garlic, ginger, and green chilies and sauté until aromatic.
- 6. Stir in the diced onions and cook until they turn translucent and lightly browned.
- 7. Add the diced tomatoes, turmeric powder, and buknu spice blend, cooking until the tomatoes soften and form a thick paste.
