  • 80 g Knorr Vegetables Stock Cubes
  • 50 g X 3 Milagro Farm Smoked Paprika Combo
  • 100 g Catch Sprinklers - Iodized Table Salt
  • 1 pack (25 g) Snapin Nutmeg Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. In a large kettle, combine 1 1/2 cups split peas, 2 1/2 liters water, 1/2 teaspoon allspice, 2 teaspoons salt, and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
  2. 2. Reduce the heat to low, cover the kettle, and let the mixture simmer for 1 hour, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
  3. 3. Add 4 medium carrots (sliced), 1 medium onion (chopped), 1/2 head of cabbage (shredded), and 1 1/2 cups diced smoked turkey to the kettle. Stir well and return to a boil.
