Ingredients
- 500 g Pluckk Organic Hybrid Tomatoes
- 1 pc Organically Grown American Corn Cob
- 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
- 2 Pieces Red & Yellow Bell Pepper - Protected Cultivation
- 500 g Carrot
- 200 g Lady Finger Diced (Bhendi Cut)
- 5 kg Whole Farm Grocery Sugar (5 Kg)
- 1 kg Tata Salt (Vacuum Evaporated Iodised)
- 1 pack (100 g) Tata Sampann Pure Black Pepper Powder
- 500 ml American Garden Apple Cider Vinegar
Instructions
- 1. Peel and quarter 2 large tomatoes, placing them in a large pot.
- 2. Cut kernels off the corn cob and add them to the pot with the tomatoes.
- 3. Mince 2 medium onions and dice 2 bell peppers, then add them to the pot along with 1 lb of sliced carrots and 3 cups of diced lady finger.
- 4. Season the mixture with 1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar, 1/4 cup of sugar, 1 tsp of salt, and 1/2 tsp of black pepper. Stir well to combine.
- 5. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, then reduce to a simmer and cook for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are tender and the flavors are well combined.
- 6. Serve the stew hot as a main dish, or store in clean, sterilized containers for later use.
