- 500 g Weikfield Chef'S Basket Durum Wheat Elbow Domestic Pasta
- 80 g Knorr Vegetables Stock Cubes
- 238 Ml Haitai Bong Bong Grape Juice 해태Htb 포도봉봉 238Ml
- 50 g Zoff Premium Indian Bay Leaf
- 100 g Catch Sprinklers - Black Pepper Powder
- 50 g On1Y Onion Powder
Instructions
- 1. In a large skillet with a lid, heat 1 tablespoon vegetable stock over medium heat. Add 1 cup sliced mushrooms and cook until softened, stirring occasionally.
- 2. Stir in 5 cups vegetable stock, 1 tablespoon onion powder, 1 bay leaf, 1/4 tsp ground black pepper, 1 cup tomato sauce, and 1/2 cup grape juice. Mix well to combine.
- 3. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium-high heat.
- 4. Stir in 1 1/2 cups elbow macaroni, ensuring the pasta is fully submerged in the liquid. Return the mixture to a boil.
- 5. Reduce the heat to low, cover the skillet, and let it simmer gently for 25 to 30 minutes, stirring frequently to prevent sticking, until the pasta is tender and the sauce has thickened. Add additional vegetable stock if needed to maintain the desired consistency.
- 6. Remove the bay leaf and serve the pasta hot, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
