Ingredients
- 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
- 400 g Urban Platter San Marzano Whole Peeled Tomatoes
- 250 g Organically Grown Green Capsicum
- 250 G Masur Dal
- 500 g 24 Mantra Organic Malka Masoor
- 200 g Urban Platter Vegetable Bouillon And Broth Powder
- 100 g Dg1 Garlic Powder
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- 2. In a 4-quart Dutch oven, bring 2 cups of water and 2 vegetable bouillon cubes to a boil over high heat.
- 3. While the liquid heats, dice 1 cup of green capsicum, chop 1 cup of sambar onion, and dice 1 medium tomato.
- 4. Once the liquid is boiling, add 1 cup of masur dal, green capsicum, sambar onion, tomato, and 1 teaspoon of garlic powder to the pot. Stir well to combine.
- 5. Cover the Dutch oven and transfer it to the preheated oven. Bake for 45 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the masur dal is tender and the flavors are well combined.
- 6. Remove the pot from the oven, stir the stew, and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy your hearty and healthy dinner!
