Ingredients
- 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
- 250 g Organically Grown Green Capsicum
- 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
- 1 kg Rajdhani Red Rajma
- 200 g Fortune Soya Chunks
- 200 g Maggi Hot & Sweet Chilli Tomato Sauce
- 250 g Mirchi Powder (Bedagi)
- 1 kg Tata Salt (Vacuum Evaporated Iodised)
- 1 pack (100 g) Tata Sampann Pure Black Pepper Powder
- 1 pc (52 g) On1Y Paprika Powder
- 250 g Vistevia Sugar Free Tomato Sauce
Instructions
- 1. Place 1 lb ground beef, 1 cup chopped onion, 1/2 cup diced green pepper, and 1 clove minced garlic in a 3-quart casserole dish.
- 2. Microwave on High (100%) for 4 to 5 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the beef is no longer pink and the vegetables are tender. Drain off any excess fat.
- 3. Stir in 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes, 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce, 1 can (15 oz) drained and rinsed kidney beans, 2 tsp chili powder, 1 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp black pepper, and 1/2 tsp paprika.
- 4. Microwave on High (100%) for 25 to 30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the chili is heated through and the flavors are well combined.
- 5. Let the chili rest for a few minutes before serving. Serve hot and enjoy!
