Ingredients
- 25 g Parsley
- 1 Combo Fortune Rice Bran 870G & Mustard Oil 1L Pouch
- 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
- 500 g Carrot
- 500 g X 2 Organically Grown Potato Combo
- 1 Kg Kissan Tomato Paste
- 400 g Pastazara Finely Chopped Tomatoes
- 250 g Organically Grown Green Capsicum
- 500 G Kinwaaquinoa
- 1 kg Tata Salt (Vacuum Evaporated Iodised)
- 1 pack (100 g) Tata Sampann Pure Black Pepper Powder
Instructions
- 1. Heat 4 tablespoons of oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add 1/2 cup of chopped celery and 1 finely chopped onion. Cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until softened.
- 2. Add 3 peeled and diced carrots, 2 peeled and diced potatoes, and 2 tablespoons of tomato paste to the pot. Stir well to combine.
- 3. Add 2 tablespoons of washed rice, 2 diced tomatoes, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper. Mix everything together.
- 4. Pour in 4 to 5 cups of water, depending on your desired soup thickness. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for 25-30 minutes, or until all the vegetables and rice are tender.
- 5. Stir in 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley just before serving. Adjust seasoning if needed and serve hot.
