Ingredients
- 100 g Celery Stalk
- 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
- 10 g Fresh Thyme
- 200 g Hello Tempayy Simply Natural Tempeh Crumbles
- 100 g Dg1 Garlic Powder
- 100 g Jk Jeera Powder / Cumin Powder
- 70 g Namakwali Authentic Mix Seasoning Flavoured Salt
- 1 pc (50 g) Everest Tasteeto Black Pepper | Grinder Cap Bottle
- 250 g Vistevia Sugar Free Tomato Sauce
- 900 G Kikkoman Naturally Brewed Dark Soy Sauce
Instructions
- 1. In a large skillet, sauté the tempeh crumbles over medium heat until lightly browned. Set aside.
- 2. In a large pot, combine 1/2 cup of tomato sauce and 2 cups of water. Stir well to create a base for the stew.
- 3. Add 2 stalks of celery (chopped) and 1 Sambar onion (diced) to the pot. Stir well to combine.
- 4. Season the mixture with 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/4 tsp fresh thyme, 1/8 tsp cumin powder, flavored salt, and black pepper to taste. Stir thoroughly.
- 5. Add the browned tempeh crumbles to the pot and mix well. Heat the stew over medium heat for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the flavors meld together.
