- 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
- 500 g Organically Grown Tomato (Hybrid) (Tamatar)
- 200 g Orange Carrot (Gajar)
- 100 g Broccoli Florets
- 250 g Mirchi Powder (Bedagi)
- 1 kg Tata Salt (Vacuum Evaporated Iodised)
- 1 kg Whole Farm Grocery Sugar (Packet)
Instructions
- 1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the ground beef. Cook, breaking it apart with a spoon, until browned and fully cooked, about 8-10 minutes.
- 2. Add the chopped onion to the skillet and sauté with the beef until the onion becomes translucent, about 5 minutes.
- 3. Stir in the diced tomato, chili powder, salt, and sugar. Cook for 3-4 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
- 4. Add the chopped green beans and sliced carrots to the skillet. Stir well to combine.
- 5. Reduce the heat to low, cover the skillet, and let the mixture simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are tender.
- 6. Serve hot as a standalone dish or with your choice of rice or bread.
