  • 400G Chtoura Foods Boiled Chickpeas In Brine
  • 200 g Spinach (Palak)
  • 1 kg Basmati Rice
  • - Onion-250 Gms
  • 500 g Desi Tomato (Tamatar)
  • 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
  • medium Chilli Green Long
  • 100 g Popular Essentials Jeera (Cumin Seeds)
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • - Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
  • 500 ml Oil (For Frying)
  • 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat and add cumin seeds until aromatic.
  2. 2. Add finely chopped onion and garlic, sauté until golden and fragrant.
